Recruitment

Recruitment is one of the hardest things to do this year. Mr. Young makes a very good point that how can i recruit if im not even doing chorus next year? I am very mtivated to recruit because I'm not doing chorus. this past monday and tuesaday, a maine mission while working on set for "Oklahoma" is to recruit 8th grade boys into Chorus or at least into mens chorus. from who I talked to, they are not interested and that is the exact same way that I started out. not even in the show, just being stage manager.on tuesday, Chris M and I made a mass anouncement to the WHOLE cast/crew/tech and hope to have at least gotten some boys wondering about doing a form of choral group next year. however, we totally have girls recriuted already next year and may have recruited some more from the cast/crew/tech. and that is MY take on recruitment.
