Solo Auditions

I wanted to give Shelby O'Sullivan a shout out for her solo audtion for "Song of the Mira" last week. I was really impressed when I saw how many people audtioned for the solos because I have been feeling that lately, not many people have been auditioning. Shelby has always been one to audition for every solo, though. She gets up there ever time and seems so fearless when she does it. And her voice is so pretty and soft. It's really unique in the best way possible. I'm always rooting for Shelby to get a solo, not just because she is my best friend, but because I think she would be really great at it. But one of the best things about Shelby is that she is always really happy for the people who end up getting the solo, because she is just that kind of person! She is never upset or sulks about it afterwards but is just excited about how great the concert will be.
