Mentoring!

When I was a freshman, I thought it was really cool how we had mentors. It really was helpful to have an upperclassman in chorus to give you any advice or anything you needed. I was so happy when I found out that mary claire was my mentor, she was great. Mentors are there to inspire you more about chorus. I know I looked up to the juniors and seniors when I was a freshman. I thought they were so amazing at singing and I wanted to be just like them. It really is crazy how fast junior year came and now I am a mentor. I hope to meet my little freshman buddy, so we can do some outside chorus activities together, and write notes back and forth! - Maddie Dillon
