Singing Assesments

This year especially, singing assessments have become much easier for me to tackle. As I become more and more comfortable with my singing abilities, I am becoming more confident in singing alone. The sight- singing assessment that we did at the end of the year was something that I never would have thought that I could do last year. Singing an example from any pages of the book would have been a daunting idea. When the day came for this assessment, I was surprisingly calm. I trusted both myself and my classmates enough to go all out on the example and use my skills to get through it. Although my rhythm was a bit rough, I was very proud to sing almost all of the notes correctly.
