What is music?

What is music? Music to me, is feeling it is strength, it is pain, joy, love, torture. Music can touch your heart and change your mood all together. Music has the ability to be whatever it wants, to blossom into life, or to hide behind. Music is meaningful, if not to a particular audience but to the writer himself. There are so many genres of music some songs fall into more than one category, making it multi splendored. Although most people don’t have the ear for all music, considering they don’t connect on a certain level, one can find importance in different types of music. Music is like people, unique, not every lyric or every person quite the same. If all music/people were the same wouldn’t it get boring? Music is so powerful that it moves people it creates boundaries and at the same time tares them down.
