Fall Concert 2012 - Shelby

Personally, I think that the new repertoire to the Fall concert, is great! Although I often have conflicts with the festivals, the idea of incorporating the try out pieces into our classes/concert is brilliant. I feel as though a lot of the time people do not try out for SEMSBA and Districts because they may not have a lot of free time. However, now, no one has an excuse! We all seem to be confident in the pieces, and I believe that we all sing beautifully! For this upcoming concert I enjoy the songs and think that we as a class have prepared the two songs, very well! Today in class I liked how we switched up where we stand for the pieces, because it gives us a new perspective on the songs and our own voices. I look forward to the concert, because we have a week to keep getting better...but we are already doing almost perfect!
