Springing Forward!

As we start preparing the repertoire for our spring concert, we are faced with mixed emotions. We are all thrilled that summer is just around the corner but, at the same time, we are dreading having to say goodbye to all of our wonderful seniors! I think that the pieces for the spring concert are really beautiful, and we will most definitely sound amazing in the concert. Our new rehearsals with the rhythmic and melodic exercises seem to be really helping us get better with these skills. Although this process started out painfully slow, we are definitely picking every rehearsal. Even though none of us want the seniors to leave, let’s make this a great last concert for them! I am confident that it will be a night to remember.
